Customer Service

The Frisco-ATMS Customer Service Centre is available through a toll-free telephone number. We are available to assist cardholders as well as Financial Institutions in investigating inquiries as well as any other issues that may arise. Frisco-ATMS also maintains a strong relationship with its switch providers who are always available to assist with any inquiry.

These employees, considered Customer Service specialists, are bilingual and trained to answer all cardholder inquiries, as well as assist our ATM clients with any problems that may arise. The Customer Service is also trained to handle customer complaints with extreme sensitivity as we realize that transaction disputes are of a sensitive nature.

Technical Support / Call Center

The Frisco-ATMS Technical Support Helpdesk is available 365 days a year from 8am to 2am through a toll-free telephone number. The Call Center is capable of monitoring every aspect of the ATM remotely. The Monitoring Centre is able to monitor in real-time, each transaction as it occurs. In addition, our on-line tools provide us with up-to-date information as to the status of each ATM. We will be alerted if there is any malfunction in an ATM, including if the ATM has been tampered with. Our technical support agents have all successfully complete a technical training and a Triton certification.

Vault Cash Management

Frisco-ATMS and the chosen bonded Armored Carrier are responsible for all aspects and costs (including insurance) associated with the ATM and the Vault Cash of the ATM. Frisco-ATMS employs a Vault Cash Management Specialist whose sole job is to ensure that each and every Frisco-ATMS machine is loaded with the appropriate amount of cash. The specialist also monitors the terminals and can adjust the amount that the armored carrier will load into the ATM based on an individual location
